Control before speed
Rights, permissions, evidence and accountability define the workflow before automation begins.
Operator-led financial services platform
Presa builds, acquires and connects businesses at the intersection of law, financial services and technology—finding friction in regulated markets and turning it into better economics, better execution and better outcomes.
What we see
01 / THESIS
Every handoff, exception, deadline, document and professional judgment has an economic consequence. Presa looks for places where legacy process creates unnecessary cost, delay or uncertainty—and where domain expertise and technology can change the outcome.
We are not interested in automation for its own sake. The opportunity is to improve institutional economics while preserving the controls, evidence and judgment regulated work requires.
Rights, permissions, evidence and accountability define the workflow before automation begins.
Products are informed by people who understand the underlying legal and operational work.
We look for changes that can reduce friction for institutions without simply pushing cost somewhere else.
Measured production, auditable outcomes and operating evidence matter more than fashionable claims.

His operating record includes creating PREO, an early online distressed-real-estate auction platform; founding PREO Mortgage, later acquired by Cerberus Capital Management and rebranded as FirstKey Lending; and leading Brightline Title through an exit.
